With machinery working under the watch of National Guard troops, U.S. President Donald Trump continues to blame vandals for the peeling paint and putrid condition of Washington's iconic Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, which Trump declared restored a little over two weeks ago. Trump claims six people have been arrested.
